My stay at the Fantasyland Hotel had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of West Edmonton Mall, making it super convenient for shopping and entertainment. However, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, and my family found some areas quite frustrating. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there's definitely room for improvement.

We stayed in a standard room initially, and it was noisy and not as clean as I hoped for the price. However, the second room upgrade we got was much nicer, especially the jacuzzi. Still, the first room was a letdown.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always trying their best to address our concerns. Still, I felt they could have used more personnel during peak hours, especially in the restaurant.

Being right inside the mall is a huge plus. It made things so much easier for our family, especially since we mainly came to enjoy the indoor waterpark.

I had a mixed experience at Fantasyland Hotel. The room was great and the staff were super friendly, but check-in was a bit of a hassle since our room wasn't ready on time. The dining options could have been better, especially with the package we got for dinner not specifying the Tapas restaurant.

I had a fun stay at the Fantasyland Hotel, primarily due to its fantastic location within the West Edmonton Mall. The Roman-themed room was a unique experience, but I did encounter a few issues that dampened my visit.
